Which? calls for broadband companies to guarantee speeds

Slow internet speeds, especially in the UK, are a real pet hate of mine. Unfortunately as BT and Virgin hold the monopolies in this country and every other provider tends to just buy their packages from BT at wholesale, internet users in the UK are between a bit of a rock and a hard place.

But consumer magazine Which? (which always seems to be top quality) are calling for broadband companies to guarantee internet speeds they advertise.

After all, we should get what we're paying for, right?!
