System upgrades 8th to 10th of December (possible yet minimal disruption)

8th to 10th December

On the 8th to 10th December we'll be putting live some system upgrades to our back-end systems that we use for things such as:-

• Tech support tickets
• Invoicing
• Domain name management
• Client management etc

This shouldn't affect any of our client's websites, however there is a small chance that there could be minimal downtime to systems such as raising support tickets, replying to support tickets, viewing invoices (invoices from us to you), domain name management, and potential small "quirks" with our website managers.

These upgrades have been a couple of years in the making and are being tested extensively prior to going live so we do not expect any issues, however we're making clients aware in advance just in case.

Should you have any issues with your website, website manager or services with us please follow the usual protocol which is to raise a support ticket first. If you have issues raising or replying to a support ticket, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
