If you have kids, and you need to be in work 10 minutes late, or leave a little early to cater for childcare then we’re flexible and understand family comes first.

Rob the owner is a dog lover, and often brings in his dogs Jolt and Turbo. So if you’re a dog lover too and don’t like to leave your pooch at home, then we may be able to arrange having them officially join the team too!

Our industry is very fast paced, and constantly changing, so it’s really important to learn! That’s why we’ll do things like visit conferences and events, book time in for you to do research and study, or have industry experts come in to deliver training on a particular topic.

If you drive, then we’ll pay for your parking. Plus we’re within easy reach of the A38, A52, A50 and the M1.

Derby bus station is just a few minutes walk away, and we’re also close to Derby train station

Every Friday we have a team meeting. This is either in the pub, or in our offices with Beer, Wine or Cider. We officially close to our customers early, and have a team meeting where we can discuss the events of the week, celebrate discusses, resolve issues, and finish feeling energised so we return on Monday feeling excited for the week ahead.
