Introducing uporium

To all of our ph9 clients,

Rob here;  owner and Director of ph9.

Back before 2004, I started ph9 web design with the dream of making computers and the web work for people. Over the years we’ve carved out a reputation for providing high quality websites, sticking around to look after our clients, and being able to create the features and designs that other companies weren’t able to.

As we’ve evolved we found that we had quite a number of clients in the antiques industry, shop owners, or people who want to sell online. As such we trialled creating a few "sub brands" such as Antiques Web Design and Web Design for Shops to make sure we look after clients in these niches.

In an evolution to Web Design for Shops, and in an effort to improve our offering for shop owners or people who want to sell online, we've just created uporium, which will replace the Web Design for Shops brand and which we're launching at the Autumn Fair 2016 on the 4th September.

The ph9 brand and Antiques Web Design will remain unaffected.

So why the change?

We've decided to replace Web Design for Shops with uporium as we felt the brand and our shop/eCommerce clients deserved something even nicer. Together with the re-brand, we're also launching a new version of our ready-made website platform this week to celebrate. We hope our ready-made website / eCommerce clients enjoy the new version!
 

Nothing else will change. Don't panic!

This change is more cosmetic and exclusively for the ecommerce side of our business. So if you're not an eCommerce customer you won't notice any difference. Nothing else will change.

Previously WebDesignforShops, our new uporium brand is our brand dedicated to eCommerce, for businesses that want to sell any kind of items or products online and have a shopping basket/cart/checkout.

Our eCommerce websites are low-cost, yet high quality sites based on our ready-made website platform.

Antiques Web Design

It does what it says on the label! This brand looks after all of our antiques dealers.
