Introducing Sharlotte; our new website advisor

A warm welcome to Sharlotte who has just joined our team. She'll be replacing Sam in the role of website advisor, customer services and sales as of Dec 2016/Jan 2017.

Sam, who has been with us for many years now, is leaving to pursue a career as a self-employed electrician. Always keen for a challenge; Sam has decided to pick up a new trade as an electrician and has spent the past couple of years training up.

Sam will continue to be involved with the business, working behind the scenes on a part-time basis doing our Google Adwords marketing, helping out behind the scenes, and assisting with our trade shows.

During December 2016 you'll start to hear Sharlotte answering the phone rather than Sam, as Sam hands over the website advisor, customer service and sales part of the role.

We hand picked Sharlotte out of over 200 applicants for the role, and almost a dozen interviewees, and I'm sure that all our clients, current and future, will love her warm personality and fantastic attitude towards helping clients with their websites.
