Terms:- This system is for emergencies ONLY. It is for situations when a client has an emergency outside of our standard opening times (Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm excluding bank holidays). During our standard opening times please call us instead. Any emergency requests made via this system which turn out not to be emergencies will be charged for with a minimum fee of £100.
